Al Bragg is no brag, just facts. The facts are: He is a hard worker, conscientious, skillful and gets the job done at a reasonable price. We had an area in the backyard where we had an above ground pool. The area was quite large with a retaining wall, river rock and mason sand where the pool stood. It was an eye sore. Al tore out the retaining wall, rock and sand and replaced them with dirt that was graded to perfection. He restored our yard to its former self and we couldn’t be any happier with his work. He went above and beyond to transform that area back to a state that you would have never guessed had such an original ugly scar. Excellent work!

Al Bragg has been doing various excavating jobs on my farm for many years. Al is a highly skilled, experienced excavator. Friendly, always on time, quick to get the job done, and very fair. He is a real pleasure to work with.

Al did a great job at a fair price. He added a 10’ section to our existing culvert in a very difficult to access location. He is a professional and a great guy!

We commissioned Al for a rather large job of grinding 11 tree stumps, removing the debris (which another contractor was supposed to do and never came back to finish the job), grading a large portion of our yard, and then seeding it so grass would grow. He took some extra steps to make sure that everything was done right, including trenching some downspouts to make sure our side yard wouldn’t end up as a swamp again. I would 100% recommend him for any landscaping/excavating work you need done. He’s a very hard worker and will get your job done as quickly as possible and will do an amazing job in the process.

Al completed several projects we had lined up. He had right equipment to finish each job. He completed each task to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend him for his workmanship.

Al is highly recommend! He took my property from a mud pit to a beautiful looking yard with ease. This was no small project, it included tree removal, drain tile addition, finish grading and seeding of almost 2 acres of grass. If i could give more than 5 stars i would.

Al Bragg is top notch! He came in when we were in a pinch with some major land erosion/movement after some heavy rains. His work was second to none. Due to the urgent nature of our project.. We didn’t have a great plan/design, but he came through with a beautiful transformation of our property with added drainage and erosion control that looks amazing! His skill on his equipment was impeccable. The area wasn’t easy to work in, but he maneuvers his equipment perfectly. All of that, plus he is just a great guy to work around. Al did some work for us doing riprap erosion control on our lakefront property. He did a great job, was professional, and we are very happy with the result.

I would definitely recommend Al Bragg. He just did final grade, finish work, and seeding around our newly constructed pool. We hauled in 10 loads of dirt to reshape for proper water runoff. It looks great. Al was on time, worked fast and efficiently and charged us a fair price. Very happy with the service!

I hired AL Bragg to put a pad down for a portable building I am having put in my yard. AL is very courteous an very knowledgeable of his craft. I called, we met an discussed the layout an the next thing you know, my pad was being built. AL used the excess dirt from the job an put around the foundation of the house as needed. Al Bragg demonstrated he has the vision and ability to transform our stump and root filled disaster of a yard into a beautifully contoured and seeded landscape. Al utilized his equipment to dig up and haul away two loads of tree stumps and roots left behind by a local tree trimming service. Al hauled in multiple loads of top-quality top soil, rough and finished graded the yard prior to fertilizing and seeding the area with his application specific equipment. Al asked for our input multiple times to make sure he was satisfying our expectations. I highly recommend Al Bragg for all of your land shaping needs!!

****Update**** I got the area ready and called him. He was here a few days after I contacted him. He completed the job in about two hours. He cleaned up before he left. Did a great job!! Not a real big area, but he still made the effort to come out and advise me on the best thing to do in that area. I appreciated him taking time out of his day to do this. When I am ready to proceed, I will definitely give him a call.

We recently hired Al Bragg to finish grade our lawn after an addition was added. He then seeded the yard. His 40 plus years of experience was obvious as he worked the soil back and forth to shape the lawn as we envisioned. He has the equipment, skills, and experience to complete any earth moving job for you. On top of that, he is a friendly, personable, and reasonable.

We called Al Bragg to grate and put white rock on our driveway in Manito. Al gave us a good estimate and he earned every bit of it. He did a fantastic job on the driveway. Al just put in a rock drive for me he did an awesome job he Johnny on the spot.I tried for over a year to get somebody to come and do the job and my neighbor gave me Al's number. Al excavated and trenched for underground conduet and electrical wires to go from pole building to telephone pole. He also backfilled, grated and seeded and did excellent at all aspects of the job.
